Joseph was 38 and had all the symptoms relating to meningitis over 3 days.
He went to the hospital on the third day and was sent home.
Once he returned home he became very unwell. He went back to the hospital was put into an induced coma and died a few days later.
He has left behind a 6 year old son and a 19 month year old daughter.
