Amy is a Senior Associate previously based in the Stewarts’ clinical negligence department in London but has recently relocated back to Yorkshire in a move to the Leeds office in February 2019. After leaving her initial career in nursing in 2007, she has practiced in solely catastrophic spinal, brain and fatal accident claims at Stewarts since 2010.
Amy is the Secretary to the brain injury charity, Headway Leeds, assisting in organising their annual social and fundraising events. She is also a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She has also recently spoken at the EmSeven conference focusing on the rehabilitation of brain injured patients. She combines both her nursing and legal backgrounds to provide a holistic client-focussed service to those who have suffered from acquired brain injuries and their families.
