Corporate support

Your business can help make a real difference

We are a leading UK, Irish and international meningitis charity.

Our vision is a world free from meningitis and septicaemia, but we rely on support from companies to do our work.

Our mutually beneficial corporate partnerships will provide clear benefits for your company and vital funds for us.

Why partner with us?

A partnership with us will be tailored to meet your company’s specific needs, objectives or commercial priorities and will allow you to:

  • Engage and inspire staff, suppliers and customers with our work towards a world free of meningitis and septicaemia
  • Raise your company profile and enhance the positive image of your brand - which could lead to increased customer brand affinity and positive PR
  • Fulfil your corporate social responsibility objectives

How you can support us

There are a number of different ways you and your company can get involved and help support our vital work.

Charity of the Year

By making Meningitis Research Foundation your official company charity, we will work together to inspire your staff with exciting fundraising challenges and opportunities to get involved in our work, whilst helping to defeat meningitis wherever it exists.

Fundraising

Whether it’s organising a company cake sale or taking part in one of our challenge events, this is a good way to engage staff on a more personal and individual level.

Volunteering

Giving up your time for Meningitis Research Foundation, is a fantastic way to support us. This could include cheering on our marathon runners, helping out at events, or raising awareness at schools and universities.

Donations

Any donations, whether financial or a gift in kind are a simple yet effective way of supporting us.

Commercial Opportunities

You can enhance your brand image and develop PR opportunities through engaging in cause-related marketing or sponsorship of certain projects or events.

Law Firm Sponsorship

Being able to offer and signpost to high-quality advice is important. We are looking to work alongside law firms who are independently accredited by the Chambers and Partners in the field of clinical negligence.

A number of law firms have also supported Meningitis Research Foundation through residual client balance dispersals.

A.

Signposting legal advice.

We are committed to offering the best advice and support possible to our beneficiaries, and need to be able to signpost high-quality specialist advice where appropriate.

To do this, we want to provide people with easy access to a network of suitable leading law firms in the field of claimant clinical negligence to enable them to identify independently accredited specialist legal advice that is local to them.

To complete our regional panel, we are looking to identify one firm in London, North East England, North West England, and one in each of Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

Transparency and independence

We place great value on our independence and credibility, which is why we are a trusted source of information and learning to the people we support and work with.

Limiting our relationships with law firms to those that are independently accredited by the Chambers and Partners guide means that we are able to maintain this independence and be clear that any connections enabled between our beneficiaries and suitable law firms are based on merit and not connected to finan¬cial support.

Sponsorship opportunity

If you are a Chambers and Partners Band 1 firm in the field of clinical negligence and located in one of the regions listed above, please get in touch to learn more about our sponsorship packages. We would love to hear from you.
