As one of the World Marathon Majors and the world's biggest fundraising event, the London Marathon is on many people's bucket lists.

Join #TeamMRF and take part in this incredible event to run for a world free from meningitis.

If you are interested running for Meningitis Research Foundation please fill out our application form.

Ballot place runners

If you apply for the London Marathon public ballot and are successful you can still run for Meningitis Research Foundation.

If you are having problems with applying via the website please download our application and email it to lewisi@meningitis.org.

  • Access to our London Marathon team Facebook group so you can get to know and support your fellow runners, and celebrate each other’s training/fundraising achievements! 

  • Training webinars and support webinars throughout the year.


We understand that the prospect of committing to a large fundraising target can be daunting, especially in these uncertain times. However, please be assured that the Fundraising Team will support you along every step of your London Marathon journey.
