Jolene's family run Jimmy's 10k in Downpatrick for MRF

Jimmy’s 10K race in Downpatrick (Sunday 12 March) is the first race in the NI Novosco 10K Grand Prix Series of 13 races.

Jolene Holland has recently recovered from MenB, and is one of the newest Meningitis Research Foundation Supporters in Northern Ireland.

From a large extended family, Jolene is enlisting their support to raise as much as possible for MRF. Already involved in a lot of good work for a Cystic Fibrosis charity, the family are now splitting their efforts to help fund our vital research, awareness and support functions.

The race will also serve as good training for MRF's own Johnny Breen's participation in the Belfast City Marathon (Monday 1 May).

You can run with Johnny and Jolene's family for a world free from meningitis and septicaemia by entering at https://online.athleticsni.org/ps/event/JimmysTen2017 and then calling Johnny on 028 90 321283 or by email for your fundraising pack.
