Meningitis law book donates to MRF

Meningitis law book donates to MRF

People affected by meningitis and sepsis usually get very good care, but occasionally things go wrong, and that is why Isaac Hogarth, a Barrister at 12 King’s Bench Walk, has written a book for legal practitioners.

A Practical Guide to Sepsis and Meningitis Claims is written from a claimant perspective, with support from Dr Nelly Nenis, a member of Meningitis Research Foundation’s Medical Advisory Group.

Isaac is a barrister at 12 King’s Bench Walk, specialising in clinical negligence and personal injury law. Isaac has a special interest in claims involving sepsis and meningitis. His experience includes appearing for bereaved families at inquests where the deceased has died from sepsis in a hospital setting. He has also given seminars on sepsis and meningitis claims.

Throughout November, £5 from each sale will be split between Meningitis Research Foundation and The Sepsis Trust. The guide is now available to order online now and anyone ordering through Law Brief Publishing can also save 10% on the retail price using the code spm9724.
