Looking for an adventure that will live with you forever?

Your once in a lifetime trek to Everest Base Camp to defeat meningitis is waiting for you.

Walk in the shadow of the world's highest mountain as you trek to the iconic Everest Base Camp, beginning your adventure in vibrant and charming Kathmandu before setting off into the heart of the Nepal Himalaya. Traverse spectacular gorges, hike across suspension bridges and past majestic peaks, taking in the magical landscapes that surround you on this epic route, which should be on the bucket list of every adventurer. 

This is a multi-day trek to significant altitude (5,645m above sea level), led by experienced guides, and, although acclimatisation is slow and gradual, you will feel the effects of altitude. Tough, but truly rewarding, this challenge will leave you with memories to last a lifetime.

Meningitis Research Foundation (MRF) are committed to our goal of a world free from meningitis and meningitis-related sepsis and we can only do that with support from people like you. Your support will enable us to fund vital research into the disease, provide life-saving awareness information, and support those who have lost a loved one or are coping with the after effects of meningitis and meningitis-related sepsis.

You can select a Minimum Sponorship payment option where the charity funds the full cost of your place or a Flexi Sponsorship option where the charity part funds your place. 
Flights Included:
Minimum Sponsorship: You’ll pay a registration fee of £490 and pledge to raise £4,730 for Meningitis Research Foundation. 

Flexi Sponsorship: You’ll pay a registration fee of £490, a further flexi payment of £195 or £395 and pledge to raise £3,940 or £3,140 for Meningitis Research Foundation. 
 
Excluding Flights:
Minimum Sponsorship: You’ll pay a registration fee of £490 and pledge to raise £2,760 for Meningitis Research Foundation. 

Flexi Sponsorship: You’ll pay a registration fee of £490, a further flexi payment of £395 or £795 and pledge to raise £2,370 or £1,970 for Meningitis Research Foundation.
