Run Bournemouth Weekend

Join #TeamMRF at the Run Bournemouth Weekend in 2024 and run for a world free from meningitis and septicaemia. 

With beautiful, scenic routes, Run Bournemouth provides the perfect opportunity to escape from it all and run along the magnificent South Coast during a weekend festival of running. Run Bournemouth is one of the largest running events in the UK, with over 15,000 runners and 100,000 spectators enjoying 7 different race distances over 2 days. From the Kids Kilometre to the Half Marathon, there's something for everyone.

Saturday 12th October 2024

  • 15:30pm - Kids Kilometre
  • 2.45pm - Junior 1.5K
  • 2.00pm - Junior 2K
  • 7pm - Supernova 5K (night time event)


Sunday 13th October 2024

  • 9am - Bournemouth Supersonic 10K
  • 11am - Bournemouth Half Marathon

You'll do lots of fundraising and we cover the cost of your event place!

Bournemouth Half Marathon: Fundraising target of £250.
Supersonic 10k: Fundraising target of £150.
Supersonic 5k: Fundraising target of £75.
Junior 2k: Fundraising target of £35.
Junior 1.5k: Fundraising target of £35.
Kids' Kilometre: Fundraising target of £35.

You'll pay for your own event place and you can raise as much as you like for Meningitis Research Foundation.
