It’s the 10-mile Great South Run this Sunday, and I'd would like to wish all of our runners the best of luck! I hope that with the clocks going back one hour on Sunday morning, all of our runners will have plenty of sleep the night before to have a great run on Sunday!
Kate and I will be in the charity village to meet all of the runners both before and after the race, so please come over to the marquee and say hello, let us know how you got on, and of course save a smile to have your photo taken after the race!
