On Tuesday the 22nd of August, 2017, Jayson was was admitted to hospital with what they thought was a kidney stone.
After coming out of having an MRI Jayson had a seizure, and was taken to the ICU where they put him into an inducted coma. As Jayson did not show any of the system which are usually shown when you have bacterial meningitis, it was a very long waiting game to find out what was actually wrong.
Three days of being in hospital, one MRI, and one CT scan later, the doctors came to the conclusion that there was no longer any flow of blood in Jay's brain as the bacterial meningitis had taken over, and at 2:48pm on Thursday the 24th of August, 217 Jay was pronounced dead.
