On Saturday 7th May Dad was taken in to hospital after being found unresponsive by my sister. He was in bed and unable to communicate. My mum then called for an ambulance, when the paramedics arrived they told us he was showing signs of sepsis and needed to taken in.
My sister was told to gather some of dad’s clothes and belonging that he may want when he comes round. At that time the paramedics told us he will be ok, he just needs antibiotics.
When arriving at hospital he was sent for a chest x-ray which showed he had a slight infection, but then a doctor came to see him and things took a turn for the worst, we was told he wasn't responding how he should of been to these few simple test and was sent for a CT scan of the brain.
