Our impact

Our vision is a world free from meningitis. Since 1989, we’ve been driving lasting change through research, awareness, advocacy and support for everyone affected.

Trusts and foundations

We work with charitable trusts and foundations that share our mission to defeat meningitis. Whether you’re considering a one-off grant or a long-term partnership, we’ll work closely with you to ensure your support delivers the greatest possible impact.

We take the time to understand your giving priorities and actively identify projects that align with your mission. You’ll receive tailored reporting on the impact of your grant, in the format and detail that suits you best, so you can see exactly how your support is making a difference.

Major donors

We recognise that your giving is deeply personal, and we are committed to working closely with you to align your vision with our mission. Whether through a single transformational gift or an ongoing commitment, we will help translate your generosity into life saving action.

We ensure your investment has the greatest possible impact, from supporting breakthrough research to providing vital support for those impacted by meningitis. Your gift is a meaningful step towards a world free from meningitis.

Donor Advised Funds

If you already have a Donor Advised Fund (DAF) account and would like to support our work, please contact your DAF provider and request that they make a grant to Meningitis Research Foundation (charity number: 1091105).

If you are new to DAFs, they are a growing way of charitable giving, offering:

  • Tax efficiency.
  • Flexibility over when and how you give.
  • Simpler administration.

Please get in touch if you would like to learn more about DAFs, would like information on leading providers in the UK and overseas such as Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), or would like further information before deciding whether to make a grant.
