Fundraising Manager

Job Purpose and Summary

following a period of success the board has committed to a five year investment strategy including new staff, fundraising investment, website, CRM and digital technology. This role is a new function within the team designed to work alongside the Head of Partnerships & Funding and Senior Fundraising Manager to capitalise on these investments and deliver new fundraising products to further strengthen MRF’s events and individual giving programme. This new role will manage a high performing team of five fundraisers with a portfolio of established successful events including a London Marathon team of over 130 runners and a challenge events portfolio of over 200 participants.

Salary

£35,000 depending on experience, including 2% employee pension contribution + 6% employer pension contribution. Paid in arrears on or around 25th of each month.

Contract type: Full time, 2 year fixed term

Interviews are planned to take place in person in Bristol and candidates should be prepared to travel if necessary to attend this interview.
