Added security for on-line donations

Meningitis Research Foundation has adopted the latest security for supporters wishing to make an on-line donation using their credit or debit card.
Newly added to our site is the 3-D Secure system. 3-D Secure is a credit card authorisation program, implemented by Visa and MasterCard, to reduce fraudulent purchases by verifying purchaser identity during online transactions.
3-D Secure is designed to give you, the cardholder, provides increased confidence that your card details are secure when making transactions over the internet.
We regret that in order to operate this system, we are no longer able to accept Switch donations, and we hope this does not cause you any inconvenience.
