Victoria Beckham supports Make Music with Marvin

Meningitis Research Foundation was delighted when patron Victoria Beckham continued her long-standing support for the charity with a visit to the Hopes and Dreams Montessori Nursery in Islington, North London.

Victoria, pictured with a pupil, watched a concert performed by the nursery children as part of the Foundation's big awareness and fundraising event Make Music with Marvin.

Since it was founded in 1989, the charity has awarded 122 research grants, leading to many advances in the prevention, detection and treatment of meningitis and septicaemia. The total value of the Foundation's investment in vital scientific research is nearly £13.5/€19 million.
