Tough Mudder challenge
01 May 2013
Good Luck to Aaron Jackson and his team who will be taking part in Tough Mudder (a 12-mile military-based assault course) in Kettering, Northamptonshire, on Sunday, May 5.
The group are taking part to raise funds for Meningitis Research Foundation in memory of Ryan Sweatman, a Coltishall university student who died last year aged 19 and for the East Anglian Air Ambulance in memory of Matthew Meacham-Roberts, 19, who was killed in a car accident on the outskirts of Norwich in June last year.
Aaron said: “We all decided we wanted to do something in aid of both charities which helped Ryan and Matthew and we thought that Tough Mudder would challenge us both physically and mentally. The team varies in ages, and occupations, from students to paramedics and military personnel. We have all been training for months, so hopefully we are all up to speed with the demands of the course. This is our way of saying thank you for the efforts of both charities. “
