Meningitis Research Foundation are looking for Adventure Leaders for next summer’s Kilimanjaro treks!

Globally, over 1,000 people die of meningitis every day. If you are currently studying at university, then this could be your chance to make a huge difference.

Adventure Leaders work with us to recruit and support volunteers at their university - giving hundreds of students the chance to take part in an epic adventure and raise vital funds. In return for your support you can gain valuable skills for your CV, a marketing qualification, make loads of friends and get a reduced fundraising target on your trek.

Why should you be an Adventure Leader?

“I have always wanted to travel and I really enjoy working in the charity sector – so what could be better than doing both! It has been a very challenging year as an Adventure Leader but the rewards - such as attending some brilliant fundraising events, climbing Kilimanjaro for half the price and writing on my CV that I helped support 30 students fundraise over £78,000 for charity is fantastic! Anyone who is thinking about becoming an Adventure Leader should definitely give it a go!”
