Run to the Beat powered by Nike+

This half marathon is unique in the UK - it's the only race of this distance set to music.

The 13.1 mile course starts and finishes at the O2 Arena and does a lap around the Greenwich peninsula.  There is a main stage at the start and finish line and music stations along the route playing music specially selected to improve your performance.  Past live acts include Tinie Tempah, Calvin Harris, Annie Mac and Reggie Yates.

The 2012 race was a sell out so secure your place now!

We don’t charge a registration fee for one of our charity places in the Run to the Beat, but in return for a place we ask you to raise a minimum sponsorship of £300.

If you’ve already got your own place in Run to the Beat 2013 we'd love you to join our team.

By becoming part of our team you will be helping to bring a world free from meningitis and septicaemia a step closer.

Meningitis and septicaemia are devastating diseases which can kill or disable in hours. Although anyone of any age can get the diseases, babies, children and young adults are most at risk.

Your contribution will enable us to fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of meningitis and septicaemia, provide life-saving awareness information and support people who have lost a loved one or are coping with after effects, like Melinda and Amelia.
