This is an exceptional charity challenge experience, to a wondrous
native land hidden beneath the rim of the majestic Grand Canyon.
You will descend deep into one of the best natural wonders of the
world, beginning the American charity challenge with an acclimatisation
trek through Sedona, with its popular red rock formations, also known as
Red Rock Country. Natives consider this to be the spiritual vortex to
the south west of America and it's not surprising why - Sedona and Oak
Creek Canyon rival many national parks the World over.
The highlight of this trek will be the descent of over 3,100 ft
into the mind blowing Grand Canyon following an ancient Indian trail
that leads us into the breathtaking Havasupai Indian Reservation - the
bright blue green lagoons, huge waterfalls and scenery within the
reservation are by far some of the best our planet Earth has to offer.
Camping within this reservation you will then embark on a series of
day hikes that will enable you to explore this stunning 'hidden world'.
Trekking permits are limited and the only access to the reservation is
by foot or helicopter - this is a very exclusive and special charity
challenge - you will not be disappointed!
What goes down, must come back up! Once you have triumphantly hiked
out of the Canyon, you will then transfer to Las Vegas to celebrate the
completion of one of the best fundraising events around! You probably
have never experienced a place like the Havasupai Indian Reservation.
