Death Valley Cycle

Have you got what it takes to the survive Death Valley Cycling Challenge…?

Death Valley National Park is located in the South California Desert in Nevada. Many people overlook the park due to the misguided belief that it is lifeless, but this 3.4 million acre park is not only the largest park in the USA, but arguably the most striking specimen of Mother Earth. During this incredible cycling challenge you will conquer 420km of Death Valley by bicycle!

The Valley itself is 130 miles long, between 6 and 13 miles wide and is surrounded by steep and beautiful mountain ranges.

This cycling challenge will highlight the most dramatic and most interesting sights of the region including awesome views of both the highest and lowest elevation locations in the contiguous 48 states of the USA. In addition, this bike ride sees you finish in the bright lights of Las Vegas, where you can celebrate your charity challenge achievement.

By becoming part of our team you will be helping to bring a world free from meningitis and septicaemia a step closer.

Meningitis and septicaemia are devastating diseases which can kill or disable in hours. Although anyone of any age can get the diseases, babies, children and young adults are most at risk.

Your contribution will enable us to fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of meningitis and septicaemia, provide life-saving awareness information and support people who have lost a loved one, like Gina, or are coping with after effects.
