The Bupa London 10,000 follows a fantastic sightseeing route through London that will be used as part of the 2012 Olympic Marathons.
If you want to run for MRF we ask that you aim to raise a minimum £150 in sponsorship. We'll send you a running pack with your very own MRF running vest, training tips and information about how to reach and beat your sponsorship target. You can reserve your place to run for us by downloading a Bond Runner Pledge Form.
