The flat course of Bath Half Marathon provides the ideal opportunity to achieve a personal best for seasoned athletes, and an enjoyable route for novice runners. The course straddles both sides of the picturesque River Avon, adding to the unique atmosphere of one of the longest established and most popular city centre road events in the UK. The race starts and finishes in Great Pulteney Street, in the heart of the World Heritage City of Bath, taking in the beautiful surroundings of the area.
After the success of 2015’s race we expect this race to fill up quickly, so let us know soon if you’d like one of our guaranteed places for 2016. We provide all of our bond runners with a training and fundraising pack, and a Meningitis Research Foundation running vest. We don’t charge a registration fee for our places; with support available from our fundraising team, we ask you to pledge to raise a minimum sponsorship of £175.
If you’ve already secured your own place in the next Bath Half and would like to raise money for us we’d love to hear from you so we can give you the same support we give our own place runners. Let us know by clicking, ‘I have a place already’.
