Bangor 10K

The Belfast office is on the lookout for all County Down runners to compete in the Bangor 10k for us.

By becoming part of our team you will be helping to bring a world free from meningitis and septicaemia a step closer.

Meningitis and septicaemia are devastating diseases which can kill or disable in hours. Although anyone of any age can get the diseases, babies, children and young adults are most at risk.

Your contribution will enable us to fund research into the prevention, detection and treatment of meningitis and septicaemia, provide life-saving awareness information and support people who have lost a loved one or are coping with after effects, like Nikki..

Whether you’d like to apply for one of our charity places or already have your own place we’d be delighted if you ran for us. In return for raising money for us, we’ll supply you with a running pack and all the support you’ll need including:

• Training advice and a full training plan for the event
• Sponsor forms and advice about setting up an online sponsorship page at Justgiving.com
• Fundraising information to help you meet and beat your fundraising target
• Meningitis Research Foundation running vest or T-shirt to wear on the day
