Special occasions
More and more people are using an upcoming special occasion as a way to fundraise for the charity.
Instead of anniversary, birthday or wedding presents ask friends and family to make a donation to the Foundation, their gifts could pay for:
- £5 - 1 School or university pack
- £10 - 1 hour of in-depth support
- £25 - 1 hour of a typical research project
- £100 - 200 information packs for GP surgeries and health professionals
- £250 - Funding for our helpline for half a day
