Almost no after effects

I had bacterial meningitis when I was 27 and my first baby was just four months old. I was living in H.K. and spent 2 weeks in hospital. I did not got into a coma but was drifting in and out of consciousness for a few days. It took almost a year to recover and regain the weight I lost. I am now 53 and have almost no side effects. I think my memory is not nearly as good as others and I find difficulty with sense of direction and finding the right words. I have written this to give hope to some people and show that thankfully some people go...

bacterial meningitis medicine history

I had bacterial meningitis 10 years ago. I have lots of side effects from it and have tried 20 something medicines. It would be helpful to be able to read medicines and things that have helped others with the same problems
