The Sensibles

This August, myself, Mick Buckle, and Ray Stephenson, from Newcastle upon Tyne, will travel 1,800 miles across Europe in aid of Meningitis Research Foundation.

Destined for Valencia, we will complete a banger rally in a £150 Seat Ibiza. We have chosen to raise funds for MRF because of the support my family received when our daughter, Sophie, fell ill with Meningococcal Meningitis last year aged 17. She spent several days in intensive care at Newcastle General Hospital and has only recently been discharged. Fortunately due to the excellent and swift care she received she has fully recovered, with only a couple of minor ailments.
