In our latest e-Newsletter for members and supporters in England and Wales I asked you to tell us about your fundraising exploits so we could feature your stories on the site.

This got me thinking about what events the staff here at MRF have done, which leads nicely on to...

Our Northern Ireland office who are busy raising money in the lead up to Christmas with their Bail us out for Christmas event, between them they need to raise £2,500 or face Christmas in Jail and no turkey.

Now I planned to write how here in Bristol we weren't going to be outdone by our colleagues in Belfast, and how we're all leading by example busy raising money for MRF. After all I went out to Peru to Trek the Inca Trail, Iain has run the London Marathon, Julie, Sarah C, Laura and Tracey have all done sponsored runs in the past, Kat is raising money right now to take part in the Lapland Husky Trail, whilst Claire and Sarah both jumped out of a plane last year.

However, that's where I ran out of examples. This means that Emily F, Emily W and Doug are all yet to show off their fundraising prowess, something that needs to be rectified. This is where you come in. We're looking for event suggestions for each person.

Post your ideas below and we'll pick the best suggestions and draw lots for who's going to do which event.
