Hi, my 28 years old brother was diagnosed with meningitis on April 1st. During the first week his condition was quite bad as he was having seizures every hour. Doctor stopped giving him sedatif two days ago since the seizures has stopped since April 6th. He regain conciousness yesterday but suffers paralysis. His eyes did responds to light & his feet twitches when being tickled but he can't talk or move his body. Brain scan shows that there is a slight damage on his left brain. What i want to know is will this be permanent or temporary? Is there any treatment for him?
